4: The Parts Of Us We Don't Like
Join me to slow down and chat about the parts of us we don't like, exploring what's going on beneath the surface for these facets of ourselves -- and how we might be misunderstanding them.

Anchored in the messiness of real life, each episode explores cross-sections of some of my favorite things, including, interpersonal neurobiology, nervous system regulation, contemplative practices, and parts work. I’m a trauma-informed therapist who holds a second master’s degree in biblical studies and has served in a spiritual formation fellowship -- and before any of these things, I'm simply a human navigating the messiness of life and faith.
